Information we collect
PreviewShip collects the information required to create accounts, publish and manage previews, protect the service, process subscriptions, and understand whether product workflows work as intended.
- Account and authentication information, including email address, verification status, session identifiers, and Google sign-in details when you choose that option.
- Project, deployment, API key, subscription, checkout, support, and abuse-prevention records created when you use the service.
- Static files, HTML, Markdown, project names, and related metadata that you choose to upload or publish.
- Product and acquisition data such as landing page, referring site, UTM parameters, approximate country or region, anonymous acquisition identifier, session identifier, and product events.
- Technical request data needed for security, reliability, rate limiting, and incident investigation.
How we use information
We use information to provide the requested publishing workflow, maintain fixed project links, enforce plan limits, support version recovery, process payments, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, communicate service messages, and improve conversion and retention.
- We do not sell uploaded content or account data.
- We do not use private API keys or passwords as analytics properties.
- Public previews and Showcase items are intentionally accessible to anyone with the URL unless the product explicitly offers and you select another access mode.
Analytics and service providers
PreviewShip uses service providers to operate hosting, traffic protection, analytics, authentication, email delivery, and billing. Depending on the workflow, these providers may include Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, Resend, and Stripe. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the plan, artifact type, security requirement, and legal or operational need. Preview links and retained versions may expire according to the limits shown in the product. Deleting a project removes its fixed preview URL, deployment association, retained artifacts, and Showcase entry, subject to limited backups and records that must be retained for security, billing, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can choose not to provide optional attribution parameters, remove public Showcase items, delete projects, and contact us about access, correction, export, or deletion requests. Some records may be retained where necessary to complete billing, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, scoped credentials, transport encryption, and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries where PreviewShip or its service providers operate.
