Using PreviewShip
These terms govern access to PreviewShip websites, APIs, CLI, MCP server, editor extensions, preview hosting, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use PreviewShip for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your account, and protecting passwords, sessions, and API keys. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share credentials in public source code, uploaded content, or support messages.
Content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant PreviewShip the limited rights required to store, process, reproduce, and deliver that content to operate the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish the content and to make it public when selecting public access or Showcase distribution.
Acceptable use
Do not use PreviewShip to violate law, intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware or deceptive content, impersonate others, evade security controls, overload the service, probe systems without authorization, or publish content that creates a material risk to users or infrastructure.
- PreviewShip may block, remove, or restrict content and accounts when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service reliability.
- Private or password-protected projects cannot be published to Showcase.
- PreviewShip is for static artifacts and does not run uploaded backend services, server functions, databases, or framework source builds.
Plans, billing, and limits
Free and paid plans have deployment, project, upload, retention, version, and access-control limits shown in the product. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and continue for the selected billing period until canceled. Checkout is the final source for currency, regional eligibility, amount, taxes, billing period, and promotional terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PreviewShip available, but the service is provided on an as-available basis and may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Preview URLs may expire or become unavailable according to plan limits, project state, abuse controls, or deletion. Keep independent copies of important artifacts.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PreviewShip disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid PreviewShip for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, security, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Contact [email protected] with questions.
